  • Service Delivery: To provide Reddit marketing services, whether through our Done For You service or our DIY AI-powered tools.
  • Content Creation: For DFY plans, we use your product information to create posts and replies on your behalf. For DIY plans, we use it to generate AI-powered draft replies for your review.
  • Product Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve ReplySauce's features and performance.

4. How Our Services Differ

Understanding how each service type handles your data:

  • Done For You (DFY) Plans: We post content on your behalf using our own established Reddit accounts. We never ask for or access your personal Reddit credentials. All posts are crafted by human writers based on your product information.
  • Do It Yourself (DIY) Plans: We provide AI-generated draft replies based on your product information. You review, edit, and post these from your own Reddit account. We never ask for or store your Reddit credentials.

5. What We Do NOT Collect or Store

We want to be clear about what we don't do:

  • Your Reddit Credentials: We never ask for or store your Reddit username or password. For DFY plans, we use our own accounts. For DIY plans, you post from your own account independently.
  • Reddit Data Scraping: We do not scrape, store, or sell Reddit content or user data.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We use only essential third-party services:

  • Authentication: Secure login through trusted authentication providers.
  • AI Services: For DIY plans, we use AI providers to generate reply drafts. Your prompts are processed but not stored for training purposes.

  • Payment Processing: Third-party payment providers handle all transactions securely.
