By using ReplySauce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.
2. Service Description
ReplySauce is a Reddit marketing service that helps grow your brand through authentic Reddit engagement. We offer two service types:
- Done For You (DFY) Plans: Our team monitors Reddit, writes human-crafted posts and replies, and publishes content on your behalf using our own established Reddit accounts with real karma history. You can review all posts and engagement through your dashboard.
- Do It Yourself (DIY) Plans: We monitor Reddit for relevant conversations and provide AI-generated draft replies based on your product information. You review, edit, and post content from your own Reddit account.
3. User Responsibilities
When using ReplySauce, you agree to:
- Follow Reddit's Rules: Comply with Reddit's Terms of Service, Content Policy, and individual subreddit rules
- Provide Accurate Product Information: Ensure all product details you provide are truthful and not misleading
- For DIY Plans - Review Before Posting: Carefully review and edit all AI-generated drafts before posting to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
- Maintain Account Security: Keep your ReplySauceaccount credentials secure
- Provide Accurate Information: Provide truthful information when creating your account
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ReplySauce to:
- Promote spam, misleading content, or deceptive products
- Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or community guidelines
- Harass, deceive, or manipulate other users
- Promote illegal activities or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
5. Subscription and Billing
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable
- Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice. Changes apply at your next billing cycle
6. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: For DFY plans, content we create and post on your behalf is created for promoting your product. For DIY plans, you own the content you create using our drafts.
- Our Service: ReplySauce and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
- AI-Generated Content: For DIY plans, drafts generated by our AI are provided for your use and modification. You are responsible for the final content you post.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Specific outcomes such as engagement, upvotes, traffic, or conversions
- That content will comply with all subreddit rules
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
For DIY plans, you are solely responsible for reviewing all content before posting and for any consequences of your posts on Reddit.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplySauce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service or any content posted through the Service.
9. Account Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- You may delete your account at any time
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- No refunds for terminations due to terms violations
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
